The current General Conditions of Carriage of Obrist&Andergassen GmbH (as of July 2026) form an integral part of this contract.

 

 

By accepting this order, the contractor confirms having read and accepted the full terms and conditions. In case of discrepancies, the terms and conditions available via the link, in their current version, shall prevail.
